Training of Highly Qualified Personnel
In April 2020, 2 B.Sc., 1 M.Sc., and 7 Ph.D. students, 1 PDF and 1 Visiting Scientist are engaged in my group performing solution and solid-phase heterocycle and peptide mimic synthesis, spectroscopic and computational methods, and organic, biological, medicinal and combinatorial chemistry. This outstanding training has enabled graduates to become leaders in academia and industry. Since my career start in Oct. 1991, I have trained 67 graduate, 58 undergraduate, 18 international exchange, 5 junior college students, 40 PDFs, and 7 RAs.
